I Was a Knife on Annoying Orange
I’ve had only been a few days on YouTube as exciting as today! I finally made a cameo as MR. KNIFE GUY on Annoying Orange, the show created by Daneboe/Gagfilms. Honestly I find it more rewarding appearing in a video by someone I admire, than making my own videos. Dane sent me the script last…
How Much Money Does a YouTube Partner Make?
Editorial Update…. here’s a newer post on how much YouTube partners make. Since this post gets so many daily views via search engines, let me answer your question simply. It’s a fraction of a fraction of a penny per view. It’s not enough to cover the mortgage for most, and it’s certainly not yet the…
Off the Ladder. Into the Street. But…
In this amazing Davideo clip, we see him narrowly avert getting run over by a car. It’s one of Davideo’s three entries to the Lucozade Energy “Lost Your Edge” contest. You’ll need to register to vote, but it’s instant (no e-mail confirmation). Another good reason for a brand to not host its own contest site….
I Would Appreciate It if 90% of You Would Shut Up and Listen
This Guardian Unlimited Technology writes about the 1% Rule. As it turns out, if you get a group of 100 people online then one will create content, 10 will “interact” with it (commenting or offering improvements) and the other 89 will just view it. The Advertising Agency’s Five Stages of “Online Video” Grief
Remember how major advertising agencies handled the Internet? Let’s recap their 5 stages of grief: Denial: The web is not a big deal. It’s a fad. Let the little Internet agencies form. We’re not losing much in fees. Anger: Who’s coming to our monthly all agency day? The Internet agency? First the Public Relations agency,…

Okay, NOW do I have a shot in hell of getting one of my comments into the I videos???? (Must think of something good. . . .)
I spotted it first 😛
haven’t been watching, but now i’m intrigued… lots of good elements: viewer participation, good writing, shot well, acted well and they seem to be evolving.
i tried to sit through episode 1 and couldn’t deal – too long, shots were drawn out, etc. I skipped all the way to episode 15 and kinda get it.
The Nalts brigade is now taking over ichannel’s comments. Few people are actually posting responses to i, relative to the people talking about Nalts. 🙂 I tried to do a bit of both.
Who? Wha? Man, I’m so far out of the loop I feel like I’ve left the country without my passport.
I know somebody who lost her passport while out of the country. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Mike’s right about the comments 🙂
I KNEW the voice sounded formilar on the phone message!! tricky nalts…tricky
Marquis – just click on the “it is i” link in Nalts’ post above and all will become clear.
Wow! Can I get you to do a cameo in our show?
By the way, Nalts Fans, May 12th is Nalts’ birthday.
If I had the wherewithall, I’d set up one of those fancy video response thingies on Revver and YouTube and have people sing Happy Birthday to him.
Instead, I’ll just put a candle in a bag of Fat-free Doritos with Olean and watch it burn…

Is this “I like butter” comment going to be another one of those things I need nutcheese to explain to me on stickam? I am so old . . . .
