Top YouTube Creator Spinning Off New Video-Community Site (working title RenettoTube.com)
One of the most popular YouTube creators, “Renetto,” has been discussing a revolution, and aspirations to create a new website for unmet online-video community. The new site, a homage to Paul Robinette’s self absorption, is aptly titled “RenettoTube.” I announced the new site in this video from last weekend (see launch video). Oh- and I…
T-Shirt Puzzle (shirtofnalts)
I bought a pack of letters yesterday and decided to make a t-shirt. But there weren’t enough of each letter to say much. So I invited YouTubers to help in a video that I planned to delete. I was only going to leave the video live for a few hours, but I fell asleep and…
Saving Time on Sunday: The Drive Thru Church
My family and I have discovered a fantastic way to save an hour on Sunday. The Drive Thru Church. They’re not available in all states, but worth looking for. I wonder if they’ll ever combine these with the Brew Thru’s for “soups to nuts” service.
Another Online Video Show About… Online Video
Next New Networks is debuting an online-video show about online video. Googleburn, which appears each Wednesday is: “the sting in your eyes when you’ve been ogling online videos all night and it’s 6 AM on Monday and oh dear lord you can’t see anything because the Internet blasted you with whiteout,” says host Nick Douglas…
Online Video in UK: YouTube vs. BBC
Hitwise reported recently on the dramatic growth of online-video viewing in the UK. Time to start faking a Brittish accent in my vlogs. The most interesting part of this, for me, is that YouTube’s total traffic is higher than the next 10 properties combined. And YouTube’s 69% share of the top 10 is followed by…
ClipCritics.com: Cried Laughing at Video
I’d never heard of them until today, but here’s a YouTube channel called “Clip Critics.” (Thanks to ChristopherMast for the tip). I went on a wild binge, watching many of their videos this morning. In fact, I missed my morning nap as a result. But this first ClipCritics episode made it worthwhile. I still have…

Okay, NOW do I have a shot in hell of getting one of my comments into the I videos???? (Must think of something good. . . .)
I spotted it first 😛
haven’t been watching, but now i’m intrigued… lots of good elements: viewer participation, good writing, shot well, acted well and they seem to be evolving.
i tried to sit through episode 1 and couldn’t deal – too long, shots were drawn out, etc. I skipped all the way to episode 15 and kinda get it.
The Nalts brigade is now taking over ichannel’s comments. Few people are actually posting responses to i, relative to the people talking about Nalts. 🙂 I tried to do a bit of both.
Who? Wha? Man, I’m so far out of the loop I feel like I’ve left the country without my passport.
I know somebody who lost her passport while out of the country. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Mike’s right about the comments 🙂
I KNEW the voice sounded formilar on the phone message!! tricky nalts…tricky
Marquis – just click on the “it is i” link in Nalts’ post above and all will become clear.
Wow! Can I get you to do a cameo in our show?
By the way, Nalts Fans, May 12th is Nalts’ birthday.
If I had the wherewithall, I’d set up one of those fancy video response thingies on Revver and YouTube and have people sing Happy Birthday to him.
Instead, I’ll just put a candle in a bag of Fat-free Doritos with Olean and watch it burn…
I like butter

Is this “I like butter” comment going to be another one of those things I need nutcheese to explain to me on stickam? I am so old . . . .
