YouTube Rant
Watch the video Here’s my rant about YouTube’s business model. I’ll be setting up a tab above for the votes about when YouTube’s bubble will burst. This video was originally shared on blip.tv by nalts with a No license (All rights reserved) license.
Hey, Idiot. Missing “View Through” Data on Your Online PR? Don’t Even Read This.
5 extra points to Tealium for remembering I downloaded a white paper, and shooting me a follow-up video (using campaign management tool). Just checked the “earls” and it’s Concentric). Hidden codes in URLs can be so informative. Negative 7 points for making the videos so damned boring… like a a cross between a dull conference…
AdAge Review: Best Book About Online-Video Marketing & YouTube
I just made that headline up. Advertising Age reviewed my book, “Beyond Viral” and did not call it the best book about online-video marketing and YouTube. But I’ve got a hungry search engine spider to feed here, so work with me. And if you’re a teacher you should definitely put this on your curriculum because…
Another Way to Get Ad Revenue on Your Videos
Revver until now has cornered the market on pay-for-content. Two firms have offered similar models, though. And a new entrant has arrived. 1) Jeukersz (aka www.MillionDollarVideoJukeBox.com) 2) Motion.tv 3) Now Blip.tv is getting into the revenue-sharing space according to this article from CNet. Here's what CNet says, and if you register you can read more…
Starving Artists Take Note: Video > T-shirts
I was happy to hear Threadless founder and former CEO Jake Nickell on public radio’s “Markeplace” tonight, and how he was “crowdsourcing” in Threadless’ decade of business… even before there was a name for it. “Last year we paid over $1.5 million out to artists,” he told interviewer Kai Ryssdal. Designers upload their creations, and…

Let me get things rolling. Would you rather be a lump of shit or a pile of vomit?
This is a terrible question. You could have better questions such as “What color should a handbag be?” “Should we modify Holstein cows to have no patches?” “Can a song with the only word ‘yeah’ sung repeatedly be any good?”
To answer your question anyway, vomit sounds good.
There’s way too many variables to answer the question properly. What did you have for lunch that day? What caused you to throw up? What’s the consistency of the shit?
In the late 1920s, the Periodic Table of the Elements briefly included Paprika.

Nice Hat.
I have always wondered what sounds would be like if we saw them as colors. I have also always wondered what blue would taste like.

Yes, that rash should be looked at by the doctor!
Pile of vomit, at least I would not be completely digested.
When I was little my granny taught me how to make pickled moose munch.
The question here is how does one pick the best comment. Is it the one that is most replied to? Is it the one that gets the most up-votes? Is is the most brilliant or thought-provoking of all the comments? Or is it the meta-comment on commenting?
I would rather be a lump of shit because 1) it’s consistent with my level of self esteem and 2) i’ve always believed one should remain true to oneself. Also my pungent fragrance will ensure I am remembered by whichever poor sap steps in me.
You say tomato, I say tomahto. You say potato, I say quit talking about the size of the shits that come out of my butt, you perv.
We have some strong contenders here. Maybe I should send the best comment a piece of cheese and the worst a book.
Blorgut fligle floogle, doodie florble blorbie bloobul. Translation? I want that goddam book.
Damn. Joshlama’s comment is pretty fucking good.
This is the best comment. Therefore, if you give your freebie to anyone else, you’re a big, lying sukatra.
