eMarketer (via Wired) produces sober estimates about the sustainability of the current online-video “CPM.” (that’s the way online-video ads are priced… cost per thousand). What does it mean to you? Viewer: Not much. Just keep watching. Especially my crap. Amateur Creator: It may seem initially upsetting, but of course supply/demand will take care of things….
No I’m just kidding. Television isn’t dead yet (but I’ll let you know when it is). You didn’t waste money on that high definition set, and you advertising executives still have a little shelf life. But here’s a new tidbit of research that verifies that online-video consumption is eating into our television viewing time. Courtesy…

It’s a wonderful homage to early films with bad edits, repetitive lines, missing scenes and awkward pauses.

Integrated Media Measurement Inc., reported that 20%…
I hate to use a blog to solve for this, but everything else including MOTHER GOOGLE has failed me. I am writing a book, and I want to leverage the text from this blog… three years of crap here. Not too schabby. I can export from WordPress (this blog’s software) into an XML document. But…

Did you steal that shirt from a lesbian? I’m talking about your flannel shirt… we all know you stole the other one!
That’s right Nalts, we are still very early into the online video evolution, perhaps in the 2nd inning now of a 9 inning game. I hope to get out to VidCon next year, sounds like the people are amazing, with lots of passion and energy. Contagious.
