Nalts Commercial
An unsolicited commercial for… me. Brilliant work by JaredIcon.
I’m humbled (I know how hard that is to believe). He does real commercials too (check out his reel).

Thanks to the most excellent Jan and TrippleHelix, we now have a WillVideoForFood forum. It’s completely dark right now, but I hope you’ll step in and make comments. I want to grant admin rights to any of you that are regulars and want to help. The ideas we’ve discussed for the forum: Great new sites…
Okay, the competition for the Kiss Kiss Bang Bang contest is better than I expected. Which means I need to blog a desperate plea for votes. If you have a second, please give the following three short videos "5 stars." You don't even have to suffer through them or click the ads. And if I…
Behind the scenes when I make videos with the kids…
Case study time! You’re a J.C. Penney marketer and you find out that one of your recent advertisements spawned an inappropriate parody that landed on YouTube. The mock ad, in fact, was created by a NYC production company that was working for your advertisement agency (Saatchi & Saatchi). The ad shows teenagers timing themselves going…
Business Week wrote about Best Buy’s increasing influence, which worries several major electronics companies (not the least of which are those formerly of Circuit City). Seems Best Buy’s influence is beginning to take a Walmart tone. “We used to call them the 800-pound gorilla,” says the executive of one company that sells televisions and other…
I’m so glad that CarriBugbee shared this on The Twitter. Here’s a video clip that sets things straight about the Internets and technology vernacular. Rachel Maddow’s correspondent Kent Jones shows how Montana Senator Max Bacchus referred to lots of “YouTubes in the Crowd.” A double whammy because he pluralized YouTubes, and presumably was thinking not…

Awesome work Jared! Cool subject! haha
=)
Very cool. Wow! You could start your own cult!
Oh my goodness. AMAZING.
I mean…the subject matter is a little bland, but you took a bland topic and made it AWESOME!!
I’m in love with a video created.
Helllooooo Jared!
Jared’s a talented guy… One of those video contest guys I don’t mind losing to cause his stuff is so good.
I love his face when he says “Nalts is cool.”
Interesting…willworkforfood.com is not published, in these hard times, you think that would be a popular site.
Hey xjasongarciax,
I saw that too. I don’t know why but, subliminally I typed that in the browser. At first I thought Huh? and then I realized I accidentally replaced the word ‘work’ for ‘video’. Funny. You are right, you would think that particular URL would be grabbed up and used. The guy who owns it probably wants too much food for it.
Jared
Great video!
Although I find it hard to believe you are actually humbled, Nalts.
Great video from our very talented Jared – now I’m a Nalts fan, too. But I think that’s Jared’s normal expression when he says, “Nalts is cool.”
When I turned 40, I got news that I was a grandfather. You? You get your own commercial.
Love the beginning but don’t understand the message. Who is this Nalts guy? It’s not “Malts” is it? As in likes a drink.
