What number are we? This video didn’t make it very clear for me.
Terrific! I’m sharing it as widely as i can. By the way I learned from watching PBS that Rwanda has a national health care system that covers everybody.

@5 Obviously the ranking is from WHO, but what criteria they use is something I could not easily find on their site. I did find some information about the criteria used elsewhere:

I also found out that #37 ranking is from the World Health Report 2000 (the last year that they did rankings).
