“YouTube Drama” Website on Hiatus, But Editor Alive

by Nalts on September 24, 2008

youtube drama utube dramaTrevor Reiger, a YouTube satirist that enjoys poking at the drama of YouTube, has been running his “National Inquirer” for the YouTube subculture since late 2007. Reiger has allegedly been tossed of YouTube several times for various “terms of service” violations, and keeps a page devoted to YouTube castaways.

But YouTube Drama (http://www.utubedrama.com/) has been on a hiatus since late August. For those worried about Reiger, he’s apparently alive and well. He appeared recently in FallofAutumnDistro’s recent video “I’m F’ing ShayCarl.”

Is there irony that Reiger agreed to be in another FallofAutumnDistro video?
Yes, given Reiger’s recent write-up on him:

Alan Lastufka viralvideowannabe.com uses and abuses YouTube these days to PROMOTE HIS YOUTUBE BOOK and in his YouTube video titled BOOK PROMO WITH LIAM KYLE SULLIVAN that only got 70 comments from his almost allegedly 10,000 subscribers within the first 48 hours because nobody wants to watch and comment on a video advertisement on how FallOfAutumnDistro co-wrote the book titled YOUTUBE AN INSIDER’s GUIDE TO CLIMBING THE CHARTS with 300 pages sucking up to YouTube Whores like LisaNova and WhatTheBuckShow and Nalts and VlogBrothers and FiveAwesomeGirls and then to YouTube Staff because FallOfAutumnDistro has his nose that far up their asses.

Got a tip for Reiger? Send it to youtubedrama@aol.com. There’s an exhaustive fact-checking squad, however, so don’t expect any old rumor to land in print.
