Why do so many YouTube partners claim to make hardly any money from their videos when, in fact, they make between $2.50 to $5.00 for every 1,000 views? If you get 150,000 views (no, that’s not easy, and yes you have to factor in the time it takes to plan and create the video), you’re still making $700 or so per video. Consider some people don’t make that in two weeks – BEFORE taxes. Even when “only” making $250 or so per video, a lot of these people are posting one or two a week. Do the math! It sure beats flipping burgers!

Hey, Nalts!

I just got done reading your book after a recent inexplicable interest in creating youtube videos. It was tremendously helpful for where I am at, but I got the impression that, as time goes by, I’m going to refer back to it often to stay on track.
