YouTube lists the following RSS feed so you can subscribe to a YouTube user:
I’ve replaced “user” with “nalts” and it doesn’t work. Just me, or does YouTube have a bug?

Replace youtube with nalts instead of user with nalts and you are golden.
Example, for my feed:
http://www.youtube.com/rss/user/Urgo6667/videos.rss
