Revver Blog Features “Best o’ Nalts”

The Revver blog featured my “Best o’ Nalts” collection on Revver. I think I should have called it the “Least Worst o’ Nalts.” I’ve been so busy with YouTube I forgot about how cool Revver is.

Don’t expect your video to get thousands of views because it’s on Revver.com but… If you have an audience (on your own website) than you’re a fool not to use Revver to serve the videos. It’s great quality and you earn income (50% of the ad revenue).

  1. since you mentioned youtube,which is now owned by google of course,heres a little trivia/info:The name “Google” originated from a misspelling of “googol,” which refers to 10100 (the number represented by a 1 followed by one-hundred zeros). Also, i read this in the “google closes acquisition of youtube” press release from November 13, 2006 -“YouTube and Google will together provide innovative and exciting services for our users that will add a new dimension to on-line media entertainment. We look forward to working with content creators and owners large and small to harness the power of the internet to promote, distribute and monetize their content.” …….i particularly liked the last 3 words myself {:-)

  4. Thanks, Yuma. I did start on Revver almost exclusively. But then I realized I couldn’t afford to ignore YoUtube in my quest to build Nalts Nation.

    Are you serious about Googol? I knew that word but thought it was spelled Google. I used to have a fort when I was a kid called the Google Club. I should have registered the URL back then. Oh. There wasn’t an internet.

    Yeah, Revver is awesome, although lately their quality of service is a little below par. Videos load much faster on Youtube, Google etc.

    I love Revver, I really do. Since I first found this blog, I’ve pretty much had tunnel vision on Revver. But I just wish they’d prune out some of the junk on their server, and/or pay a bit more for some bigger bandwidth! 🙂

    How much do you think Revver’s server costs are?……

    Congrats again, Kevin. I’ll have you know that you jinxed me with your schnaawhatever video – I had a YouTube dream. First, I was babysitting your kids, and then YouTube featured you again. You planted subliminal messages in that video, didn’t you?

  9. Attention Nalty fans – This is cool to do. When you go out to eat and have to give a name if you are waiting for a table just tell them Nalty and at starbucks when you order also say Nalty. And if you get in trouble it won’t be your fault. Just say you have an online addiction. Nalts do you have anything for this addiction? (FYI: PLEASE DO NOT GET NALTY IN TROUBLE THAT PART WAS A JOKE!)
