Yooogube would have to buy the rights in perpetuity - but I doubt any of the media houses would let that happen. Not even sure if it is illegal - if they could convince a media house to sell the rights outright it would only be illegal if the media house refused a similar deal from another Gootube clone. and what would the additional 6 months do?
