Philadelphia-area Singer Bianca Ryan is the latest 11-year-old millionaire thanks to the insuferably awkward America’s Got Talent. Here’s a video of her performance on June 28, 2006.

As a starving artist that also lives near Philadelphia, I’m pleased that she’s giving her entire winning to local artists. She’s actually not, but I figured if I blogged about it I might increase the odds of it.
